I love the rough, scratchy sounding main instrument and how the it fades out and in then the vocals come in.

The type of wave I used there is a slightly modulated pulse wave with some detuning and vibrato. I custom-made it using Sytrus B)

the tempo could be a bit faster, and whatever it is that's constantly swelling in volume at the beginning could be quieter.
you could add a drum beat to add some more motion to the song
i rly like the square at the end tho,
